If you need authoritative and engaging health content, then you need an expert.
After years in the healthcare and writing industries, you can trust me to produce work that is:
- appropriately and accurately sourced
- well-written and engaging
- timely and reliable
- optimized for digital consumption
You need more than a writer. You need more than a healthcare professional.
You need someone who understands how to communicate complex health topics to audiences with a wide range of backgrounds and goals.
You need a professional health writer.
I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors of Nursing from Georgetown University as well as a Masters of Health Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. While at Johns Hopkins, my studies were focused on international health and behavior modifications, concluding in a thesis written onsite in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina.
My clinical experience includes work in a US-based Emergency Room (with an active license in Virginia and Massachusetts) in addition to volunteer work at a community ER in Medellin, Colombia. I also hold a 90-hour Breastfeeding Counselor Certificate from Lactation Resources, and I have served as a birth doula.
I have also worked as a medical editor for Cactus Communications, where I provided basic and developmental edits on research articles intended for publication.
You need content geared for the digital age.
There’s a lot to think about for businesses with an online presence:
- Website copy
- Mobile optimization
- and so much more
I have a proven track record of producing content that addresses the specialized requirements involved in writing for digital sources.
